Contact

Have a question about something you read on Rebounddaily? Spotted an error in one of our credit or budgeting guides? We read every message and want to hear from you. The best way to reach our editorial team is by email at [email protected].

What to Send Us

We cover personal finance, credit scores, loans, banking, budgeting, debt, and insurance. Your message gets the fastest, most useful reply when it fits one of these topics. Here are the kinds of notes we welcome:

  • Corrections: If a figure, range, or explanation looks off, point us to the article and the line that concerns you.
  • Topic suggestions: Tell us what you wish we covered. Reader questions shape much of what we publish.
  • Clarifications: If a guide left you confused, say where you got stuck so we can rewrite that section more clearly.
  • Partnership and media inquiries: Reach out if you work in financial education or journalism and want to collaborate.

What We Cannot Help With

This is the part many readers miss, so please read it closely. Rebounddaily is an independent education site. We are not a bank, a lender, a credit bureau, or a card issuer, and we have no access to your accounts.

If you need to dispute a charge, check a balance, report fraud, freeze your credit, or ask about a payment, contact your bank, card company, or one of the three credit bureaus directly. They handle account questions; we do not, and we cannot look anything up on your behalf.

We also do not offer personalized financial advice. Our articles explain how products and concepts work in general terms. For guidance built around your specific numbers, many readers find it worth speaking with a licensed financial advisor or a nonprofit credit counselor.

Response Times

We aim to reply within three to five business days. Detailed questions sometimes take a little longer because we want to give you an accurate answer rather than a quick guess. If your message bounces or you hear nothing after a week, send it again in case it slipped through a spam filter.

A Few Tips Before You Write

Keep your note focused on one topic when you can. Include the title or link of any article you are referring to. Skip sensitive details like full account numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords, since email is not a secure channel for that kind of information. Clear, specific messages get clearer, faster answers, and we appreciate you taking the time to reach out.
